Moto E5 Plus with 5.8-inch Big Display is Expected to Launch on April 3

Lenovo owned Motorola is planning to launch three new members in its budget segment E Series. The specifications of Moto E5, Moto E5 Play and Moto E5 Plus have come online. The previous model of this phone, Moto E4 Plus has been quite successful due to its decent camera and huge battery. So, the expectations are already very high.

As per the rumours, Motorola could launch three variants of Moto E5. All of the three budget-oriented phones are expected to launch on 3rd April 2018. Popular Tipster Andri Yatam also claims that Moto E5 Plus will be launched in two chipset variants – Snapdragon 430 and MediaTek MT675X. He also revealed that the new Moto E range will feature dual camera setup.

Leaked Specifications of Moto E5, Moto E5 Play & Moto E5 Plus:

The Moto E5 is expected to sport a 5.5 inch HD display (720 x 1280 pixels). It could include 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and 3028 mAH battery. In the camera department, it is said to have 16 Megapixel rear and 5 Megapixel front camera.

On the other hand, the Moto E5 Play is expected to come with 5.2 inch HD display, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and 4000 mAH battery. It’s rumoured to feature dual camera setup with 12 Megapixel sensors and a 5 Megapixel camera for taking selfies.

Talking about the last variant Moto E5 Plus, it’s expected to come with a 5.8-inch big HD+ display, 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Earlier this week, we had also seen some leaked images of Moto E5 Plus leaked by the popular tipster Evan Blass. The build quality, thin bezels and gloss back panel are looking really premium.

The Moto E5 Plus is also claimed to feature a dual rear camera setup with a 16 Megapixel primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture and 8 Megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The phone is also said to offer NFC connectivity.

As per the pricing of these phones, Lenovo hasn’t announced anything about the upcoming E series smartphones. So, it would be better to wait for the next update.
